    Roland DG Appoints Eric Zimmerman as Global Market Research Director

    IRVINE, CA, Feb 25, 2025 – Roland DG Corp. has appointed Eric Zimmerman, a sign and graphics veteran with more than 25 years of related experience, as its new director of global market research.  In this newly created position, Zimmerman will collaborate with global marketing, product, and sales teams to provide customer and market insights to help Roland DG achieve key objectives.

    Prior to assuming his new role with Roland DG, Zimmerman served for six years as director of wide-format print for the global research and analysis firm Keypoint Intelligence, where he helped print industry clients grow their businesses by better understanding market trends and opportunities. Before that, he held several positions at Roland DG, most recently as business strategy manager for digital printing and as a product manager for the Americas business unit.

    Roland DGA Names Dan Burmeister as President

    IRVINE, CA, Feb 11, 2025 – Roland DGA Corp. has appointed Dan Burmeister as the new president. Burmeister, an expert in the print industry with over two decades of expertise, replaces Amado Lara, who will remain with Roland DGA to serve in the newly created role of vice president of Latin American sales and business development.

    Burmeister has held senior sales, marketing, and operations executive positions with several companies within the commercial and wide-format print sectors, including Canon, Eastman Kodak, Océ, Encad, and Xerox. Before joining Roland DGA, he served for seven years as Canon USA’s senior director of sales – west region. Prior to that, he was the vice president of western sales/channel segment leader for Eastman Kodak’s commercial B2B division, where he was responsible for growing the company’s business of plates, consumables, inkjet, workflow, newspaper, packaging, and digital print. While with Encad, Burmeister was based in the Netherlands, where he served as the company’s executive director for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

    Roland DGA Strengthens Sales Team with Leadership Changes

    IRVINE, CA, Feb 10, 2025 – Roland DGA Corp. has announced three important personnel changes within its sales department.

    Mike Renna, who previously served as a Roland DGA regional sales manager, has been promoted to the newly created position of strategic sales manager. A 28-year Roland DGA veteran, Renna will now be responsible for managing the company’s largest accounts as well as leading a team of product experience sales managers.

    Kenny Ginn, a field salesperson within the sign and graphics industry for the last 12 years, has been appointed to the newly created Roland DGA position of sales manager – digital fabrication. Ginn’s new responsibilities will focus on driving sales growth for specific Roland DG products within the U.S. and Canadian markets.

    Sean Profera, formerly a sales and marketing expert within the channel, will now serve as product experience sales manager. Reporting to Roland DGA’s strategic sales manager, Mike Renna, Profera will play a crucial role in maximizing product awareness and education among the company’s channel partners and end users.
